- Does the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic cause any delays on my order?

There will be no delays in processing your order and shipment dispatchment since we do our best to ensure your shopping experience with Ordicle! However the logistics may cause delays of extra 5-15 business days during the transit depending on the destination country since many logistics are short of their workforce and also the number of flights has been reduced as a measure to stop the spreading of the virus. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this unprecedented time. 

 

- What if I want to edit/cancel my order or I made a mistake on the shipping information?

No problem! Reach out to us as soon as possible, we will definitely help you with it as long as the shipment has not yet been dispatched.

 

- How does your shipping work?

We work with manufacturers and artisans across the world to source the coolest products at the prices that suit you. Therefore, it often takes about 7-20 business days fo arrive from the next business day you place the order, depending on where we ship to! - HOW LONG IS THE PROCESSING TIME?

Once we receive your order, it usually takes 1-3 business days for us to prepare for your order. It may happen to be longer if the item is out of stock or is found defected during the inspection. However we always manage to ship out as soon as we can!


- HOW DO I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?

Easy! All orders will be associated with one to multiple tracking numbers if the order is split into several shipments. You can use our
tracking page or the following tracking website to check your shipment(s). 

 

- WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Our refund policy lasts
7 days, so please contact us in 7 days upon delivery at support@ordicle.com For more detailed information, please click here.

 

- ARE RETURNS FREE?

If a refund request is approved, a prepaid return label will be provided. However an exchange request for personal reasons such as expectations, sizing, colors will not be entitled for a free return label. If you need a return label for it, please reach out to us, however there will be a shipping fee deduction from your total once we receive the return. 

 

- WHAT ELSE SHOULD I KNOW BEFORE I PLACE AN ORDER?
We always try our best to show the most true and real product pictures to our customers however each device could still display colors differently and the lighting during the shooting also affects how the colors being shown in the picture. Therefore the color of the object might be different from the one shown in the pictures within a certain extent. We appreciate your understanding.  
The buttonholes of some styles, mostly jeans, stay closed because that on of the factories we cooperate with has their own regulations on jeans, trousers and blazers. They leave the button hole closed to indicate that the products are brand new. You can simply just use a cutter or a scissor to open it, it will not break apart!
