Refund Policy


Our return policy lasts 10 days.

for approval if you'd like to request an exchange, return or refund before you send your item(s) back to us or our manufacturers abroad. 
Please reach out to us in 10 days upon delivery.
If 10 days have gone, no refund request has been submitted, we are not able to offer you a refund or an exchange for any reasons. 

 

 

Return/ Refunds (if applicable) : 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Size issues are not eligible for any refunds or returns since all of our products are shown along with size measurement charts aside for references. 
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Purchases with a coupon or a promo code applied are not able to be returned or refunded neither, except for the cases of receiving items in wrong sizes or colors. 
Quality issues regarding to the accessories of the product such as loose buttons or embellishments, buttons falling off, threads coming out...etc are only entitled to a partial refund. Therefore, if you are a perfectionist, please take this into your considerations.  


Exchanges (if applicable) :
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Support@ordicle.com.

 

If you are eligible for refund, return or exchange: 

If you are approved, a
ll returned item(s) are required to be received within 15 days from the day the request is approved. If the returned item(s) do not arrive in the given time frame, the return/refund/exchange will no longer be available. 

Once we receive your return package and finish inspecting the items, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

If your exchange request is approved, we will send an email to you along with the new tracking information once the new shipment hit the facility. 


Late or missing refunds (if applicable): 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping: 

  • Shipping to our customers:

Customers are responsible for the shipping information they filled out while placing the order.  If the order is undeliverable or delivered to a different address  resulting in not receiving the package due to an incorrect shipping address provided, customer will be taking the responsibility for it. 

**All changes regarding to colors. sizes, styles, quantity and or shipping information are only allowed to be made within 2 DAYS SINCE THE DAY YOU PLACE THE ORDER. If 2 days are gone by, and the order has being shipped, we are not responsible for it*

If your package does not arrive in 90 days from the day it was dispatched and has no further updates on the tracking number, it could possibly be lost on the way. Please contact us, we will process a full refund directly,

 

  • Return Shipping:

Customers will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shopping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
