Refund Policy

- Am I eligible for a return/exchange?

  • Reach out to us at support@ordicle.com for approval within 7 days upon delivery.
  • Wrong styles, sizes and/or colors received is eligible for a refund or a redelivery.
  • Item(s) arrives damaged or defective item(s) is eligible for a refund/exchanged.
  • Returned items without approvals will not be accepted or refunded.

  

- What are the refund options?

  • You will be refunded to either your original payment methods or through our store credits! Let us know what you would prefer.
  • Refund granted due to personal reason(s) will be refunded in the form of store credits.

- Are returns free? 

  • A prepaid return label will be provided if the return is approved. However, in some circumstances, customers will be responsible for their own return shipping fee as the return is granted for a one time courtesy.

     

    - What are the steps for an approved return? 

    • If you are approved for a return, please note that all returned item(s) has to be received by our local warehouse within 10 days of the day the request is approved.
    • Item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    • Brand tags are attached and it is in its original packaging.
    • Make sure your item is well packed and the shipping label is attached to the package.
    • Drop off your package to any postal office location nearby.
    • Email us to let us know once you return the item(s).
    • Once we receive the item, please allow up to 5 business days for the return to be processed. Refunds will be reflected on your account/original payment method in 3-5 business days.

     

    - What can not be returned ( refund/exchange) ?

    • We are very sorry that size issues; too big or too small, or any other personal reasons are not eligible for a return as all styles are shown along with size measurement charts for references.
    • Any items purchased at a discount are ineligible for return or exchange.
    • Issues with measurement tolerance within 2-4 cm is not eligible for a return/exchange
    • Minor defects/damages on the product such as stitches, loose threads, buttons, beads or any forms of embellishments will be entitled for a partial refund. 
    • Shipment(s) returned by the carrier due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided, an unsuccessful delivery or no collection within its pickup time frame will be refunded in the form of store credit once received by our warehouse.

     

    - What if I have not yet received my refund?

    All refunds will be processed in 1-2 business days of the day you receive the refund confirmation email. It may take 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected on your account, depending on the card issue bank. International transactions can take longer to process. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please reach out to your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@ordicle.com

     

    Ordicle reserves the right to reject any return or exchange requests that fail to meet the above criteria.
